Terms & Conditions

  • 24 hours check-in  check-out time.
  • Can be booked only by members / member’s guests and affiliate members only.
  • All resident guests can avail services only through a prepaid resident membership card.
  • The mode of payment is cash / DD. (Cheques are not accepted), We accept Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards.
  • Club members should carry their letter of introduction & ID card of the parent club as a mode of introduction.
  • Total visits permitted is thrice a month and can stay 3 days in a stretch.
  • An advance of 50% is to be made at the time of check-in
    Affiliated Members/ Member’s Guests can stay for 30 days in a calendar year.
  • Guests of Reciprocal members are not allowed.
  • Dress code for the guests is formals or casual wear to use the club facilities, Shorts and round-neck T-Shirts are not permitted except in the sports area.

Respected Members/Guest. The Rules & Regulations are as follows:

  1. Room booking is done only on reference of the club members. Any issue or damage is subjected to liability of the reference club member.
  2. In case of room cancellation before 7days only 50% of the paid advance is refundable. In case of less than 7days no amount is refundable.
  3. No food service is done to rooms. Guests need to go to restaurant for food. No Smoking in the room and corridors. Smoking is allowed only in the ground floor open area.
  4. No splitting in the club premises. Split tubs arranged in the premises should be used.
  5. Only two persons are allowed per room. In case of extra bed one more person is allowed. Excess members should be informed at the reception.
  6. Any violation of the rules is subjected to room cancellation and customers need to checkout immediately.
