The visiting members should present their Membership card.
The benefits are available only for those who are on the live register of the club.
The visiting member will be restricted to a maximum of 7 days in a month.
The reciprocal facility will not available if the visiting members take up permanent resident in the town / vicinity of the host club.
The visiting member availing services of other clubs will be required to pay and settle all their bills in cash before departing.
This agreement will be effective immediately and shall remain in effect until terminated by either of the club by giving 60 days prior notice.
That the visiting members will abide by the rules,bye-laws and discipline of the visiting clubs. Any break of these provisions will debar the visting member from use of the club.The decision of the authorized person of the host club will be final and binding on the visiting member and his club.
Any damages / Loss made / incurred, by the visiting affiliated club member will be made good by the visiting members himself.The issuing club will not be responsible to compensate for the damages.
